Order Processing & Shipping:

Products in stock are processed within 3 business days after an order is finalized.  Products with stones and custom orders are processed within 3-7 business days, depending on the availability.

Products are currently being shipped via United States Postal Service, and/or UPS.  We offer several delivery options with delivery confirmation to offer you the most inexpensive shipping cost available.  However, if you have any questions/concerns, please direct your email to: info@gottabcute.com.

You may obtain a Shipping quote at checkout. 

We ship Worldwide.

Exchange/Returns:

We will gladly exchange your merchandise within 14 days of receipt of your purchase.  Merchandise must be unused, in its original packaging with tags attached as received.  Your merchandise will be exchanged at customers cost unless there is an error on our end. We will gladly accomodate our customer, please email and concerns/issues to info@gottabcute.com.  There are no returns. 

Special and Custom orders such as tees, caps, bags, or any products with stones, stud, or crystals are non-refundable and non-exchangable.

Sales Tax:

All orders shipping to California residents are required to pay sales tax at the current rate of 8.75%.  Tax rates for all other states will apply accordingly.

Payments:

We gladly accept Visa, Master Card, AMEX, and Discover via Authorize.net.  All transactions are safe and secure online.

Coupons and Gift Certificates:

Gift Certificates are available for purchase under Gifts.

All of our advertised specials are calculated at checkout.  Gift Certificates and Store Credits will be issued as coupons and calculated at checkout in the shopping cart designated field before your order is completed.  If you have a remaining balance from your gift certificate or store credit, you will be issued a new coupon/certificate with the new balance towards a future purchase. 

Your gift certificate number is generated automatically and will be on the bottom of your receipt after purchase, an email will be sent to you.
